D’Angelico Deluxe SS Limited Edition Semi-hollowbody Electric Guitar – Rust
Semi-hollowbody Electric Guitar with Maple Top, Back, and Sides, Maple/Walnut Neck, Rosewood Fingerboard, and 2 Humbucking Pickups – Rust
A Semi-hollowbody with Tones to be Reckoned With!
Expert tonal control, vintage inspired tones, and a comfortable semi-hollow construction — all this and more awaits you with the D’Angelico Deluxe SS Limited Edition Semi-hollowbody Electric Guitar. Many guitarists will attest that the Seymour Duncan Antiquity Retrospec humbuckers merge with this semi-hollow for radical vintage tones with modern-day handling. With the addition of coil-splittable push-pull tone knobs and a 3-way toggle switch, D’Angelico has landed you in a vast realm of engaging tonal experimentation. Also, the contours of the semi-hollow body allow for easy access to the fretboard and the slim, lightweight construction ensures the perfect marriage of comfort and stability.
Seymour Duncan pickups deliver a wide tonal range
The D’Angelico Deluxe Brighton LE comes loaded with a set of classic-voiced Seymour Duncan Antiquity Retrospec humbuckers. If you’re a lover of classic PAF pickups, then these humbuckers will offer you a wealth of vintage-inspired tones encased in a modern shell. Each pickup exhibits its own DC resistance and sonic character. To fine-tune your sound further, each pickup features its own volume and tone knob. And if that wasn’t enough, push-pull tone knobs yield tones with lower output and single-coil-like texture.
The D’Angelico legacy
After mastering his craft during an 18-year apprenticeship, luthier John D’Angelico opened his own shop in Manhattan’s Little Italy in 1932. Catering to New York’s many jazz musicians over the ensuing three decades, D’Angelico and a single apprentice became New York’s foremost stringed instrument builders, creating over one thousand treasured archtop guitars until John’s death in 1964. After his passing, the D’Angelico’s legacy lived on only through his rare, legendary instruments. After decades, the D’Angelico brand has resurfaced, bringing back the playability and attention to detail of the company’s New York roots. Today, We are delighted to offer this fine line of distinguished instruments. D’Angelico uses state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and the finest available materials to create playable works of art for today’s guitarist. From a modest shop in Little Italy to the world stage, D’Angelico’s dedication to quality craftsmanship ensures that this brand won’t be going dormant again any time soon.
